The Shiner Group manages its own investments and properties of our third-party clients. Our management company emphasizes providing accurate and timely financials, responsiveness to tenant concerns, proper upkeep of the property, lease and vendor negotiations, and managing capital improvement projects.
AQUISITION
The Shiner Group identifies assets in locations that fit into our investment strategy. As a company who anticipates a long-term hold, our firm focuses on acquiring assets in either high growth areas or established communities that fit our strategic profile. To create value, our investments will often be acquired with below market rents, in need of physical and operational improvement, or in an area where we believe property values will increase.
